Pay attention to: the length of the coil wire is just a reference. We need to make some changes when we meet different material, shape and size of the loading. Here the loading means the part need to heat. The winding technique is different when we use different winding methods to make the induction heating coil. In general, we should firstly pay attention to the input and output operating current and working frequency. As long as the input current reaches the highest and must not exceed too much, and the output working frequency should be not higher than 20kHz and not less than 10kHz. Then the induction heater controller would be no problem.
