5. When the over-current protection alarm occurs in the high-frequency quenching machine, the reasons may be: the shape and size of the self-made induction coil is incorrect, the distance between the work-piece and the induction coil is too small, there is a short circuit between the work-piece and the induction coil or the induction coil itself. 6. When an alarm occurs in the lack of phase protection, the reasons may be: the three-phase power is seriously unbalanced, the three-phase power is missing one phase, the air switch or the power supply line has an open circuit, etc.
