APPLICATION

1, All 220V-1P and 380V-3P 3-15KW main circuit boards attached with aluminium sink, which can be used as an induction heater directly.

2, Assembled with other spare parts and then become a electromagnetic induction heater, which need attached with an induction coil.

MAIN FEATURES

1, All 220V-1P and 380V-3P 3-15KW main circuit boards attached with aluminium sink and fan, which can be used directly. Others will need assembled with IGBT modules, rectifier bridge stacks, resonant capacitors, aluminium sink and fan and other electronics parts.

2, Electromagnetic induction heater main circuit board can be designed with PID control or PLC control interface.

3, The electromagnetic main control boards have half-bridge and full-bridge topological structures. It adopts IGBT module as power driver and AVR-based full digital control chip as controlling part. 4, The induction heater main circuit has various protection functions such as output or input overcurrent, IGBT overcurrent, system temperature, etc., which can better ensure the stability of the system and the safety of power devices .

5. It is suitable for electromagnetic heating control of various powers, which can be used from several kilowatts or tens of kilowatts, and the maximum drive is 300A/1200V IGBT.

6. The working frequency range is wide, which can realize a wide range of frequency automatic tracking, adapt to 1KHz-100KHz.

7. Soft start and fast automatic frequency tracking in the resonance system.

8. It can be applied to simple electromagnetic heating system, and can also be matched with automation system, and reserved industrial 485 bus and computer connection communication interface to meet the interface requirements in automation control.
