This order is made for our long-term cooperated company who mainly in line of crude oil business. They buy the 20KW 380V-3P Electromagnetic Induction Heater for installed on the pipelines of  crude oil transferring. The oil need maintain a certain temperature during transmission. Because the old heating is resistance wire heating which is cost more electrcity, So they’ve decided to replaced by our crude oil by our electromagnetic induction heaters. The electromagnetic induction heating technology for crude oil pipelines is a new type of pipeline heating technology that utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to convert electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby achieving the purpose of heating the crude oil inside the pipeline.




Challenge: The customer required reliable, field-ready 380V induction heaters to pre-heat oil pipelines before coating and welding in cold ambient conditions. Consistent temperature control, rapid ramp-up, and robust units for remote site deployment were essential.


Our solution: Our induction heater 380v factory supplied 200 units of ZG-EH20 (20kW, 380V-3P) electromagnetic induction heaters with water-cooled coils and preset heating profiles tailored for pipe diameters and coating procedures. Units were tested before shipment and delivered with installation guides and spare parts kits.


Successful on-site commissioning across multiple pipeline sections — reduced pre-heating time per joint, improved weld quality, and simplified logistics by using uniform units across sites.
